Wake up to watch the sunrise on the lake over freshly brewed coffee, and fall asleep to the twinkling lights of Kelowna from your private deck.
We are pleased to offer three private and self contained suites to our guests. They are the Grapevine Suite, the Burgundy Suite and the new Garden Suite. The Grapevine Suite and the Burgundy Suite are on the top floor of the house, and each of the rooms have 8 foot sliding doors to maximize the spectacular lake views, and give access to the private patios. The Garden Suite is on the lower level, and does not have a lake view, but has direct access to the pool and spa area.
Each suite has a separate sitting room with couches, dinette set and a breakfast bar with a small fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker so that our guests may enjoy the many Okanagan treats at their leisure. The bedrooms are spacious with queen sized beds and full ensuite bathrooms. There is a TV, VCR and compact disc payer in each suite.
The three course gourmet breakfasts may be chosen from a menu which will give guests the option of full, light or vegetarian choices. Breakfasts may be enjoyed in the privacy of the suite or private patio, or under the Gazebo on the pool deck. Complimentary snacks for the hungry traveller are provided upon arrival with an assortment of cheeses, yogurts, crackers and cookies.

- $170 – dbl occupancy – Burgundy Suite
- $180 – dbl occupancy – Grapevine Suite
- Additional Dormer Bedroom – $65.00

- 10% discount offered on stays of 7 days or longer
- Two night minimum stay on weekends
- Special week rates are available.
- Require one night’s deposit will secure your reservation
- Full refund given on cancellations made one week prior to reservation, cancellations made later than one week will be subject to a service charge of $25.00
- Flexible check in times if prior notification of arrival is given
- Sorry, only children over twelve accepted and no pets
